Kokir Gradnja is a real estate development and investment management company, founded in 2004, with a focus on commercial, logistics, industrial and mixed projects.

The company provides complete development services – from the purchase of land and design, through construction, to the final handover of buildings. A special emphasis is placed on understanding the needs of clients, which resulted in successful “build-to-suit” projects for different market segments.

In cooperation with partners, Kokir Gradnja offers customized solutions according to the “build-to-lease” and “build-to-own” models, in accordance with business and operational requirements. The management team has several decades of experience in the field of construction and project management and oversees all phases of development – from the initial concept and permits to construction and final works.

Landmark Adria d.o.o. is a Croatian subsidiary of Kokir Investments, founded with the vision of developing luxury residential projects on the Adriatic coast.
